  1. First of all, you need to locate the knob and move it to the unlocking position.

  2. Carefully pull out the jamming paper after removing the rear panel.

  4. Replace the panel after you’re done removing.

Follow the steps to remove the two-sided printing accessory to clear the paper jam.

  1. There will be a Release button on both sides of the modules, press both the buttons at the same time and remove the panel.

  2. Pull out the jammed paper carefully.

  3. Clear the remaining paper bits.

  4. Push the module back and check for the click sound ensuring the proper placing of the module back in the space.
